I provide professional web design services tailored to your needs.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before the project begins. The remaining 50% is due before the website is handed over to you.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

• If you cancel before any work begins, the deposit will be fully refunded.

• No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and delivered.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through Bonsai and may take several business days to appear in your account.

4. Revisions

After delivery, minimal revisions are included at no extra cost. More extensive changes may incur additional fees, which will be discussed before work proceeds.

5. Support

Clients receive 30 days of free email support after the website handover.

6. Use of Work in Portfolio

By working with me, you agree that I may showcase your completed website and design elements in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Personal information will not be shared without your consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While I strive to deliver high-quality work, I am not responsible for damages or losses resulting from use of the website after delivery. Clients are responsible for website maintenance, hosting, domain renewals, and content updates unless otherwise agreed.

8. Misuse of Website

Clients agree not to use the website for unlawful, harmful, or unethical activities. I am not responsible for any misuse of the website after delivery.

9. Links Disclaimer

My website may contain links to external websites for your convenience. I have not reviewed all linked sites and am not responsible for their content or accuracy. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement or approval of the linked site or its content. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.
